So I took a different path.

I earned a degree in exercise science. I became a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. I’ve coached hundreds of women, from busy moms to Fortune 500 executives, helping them reclaim their energy, mobility, and strength.

And along the way, I proved to myself what’s possible.

I climbed the equivalent of Mount Everest in the 29029 Challenge. I pushed through adventure races in the middle of the night.

Not because I’m special, but because I learned how to train smarter, fuel smarter, and move smarter.
